U.S ORDERS

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. 

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

• Priority Mail: Will arrive in 3-5 business days

• Expedited Mail: Will arrive in 1-2 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.

Yes the pendants come with a 2 ML refillable twist on plastic spray bottle so you can fill them up with your favorite scent as many times as you want.

All purchases come with a plastic perfume dispensing transfer pump that can attach to almost any bottle of perfume and transfer scent into the pendant. Please watch the video tutorial we have provided.

If you lose your refillable spray bottle, please contact us and we can arrange for you to order extra bottles.

No. The bottles in the pendants will come empty and you can fill them with any fragrance or essential oil of your choosing.

No. The pendants are manufactured so the top is secured by screwing into place and will only open when you unscrew it.

No. The pendants are lightweight weighing approximately 0.9 oz

Yes. All pendants come with a matching 26” silver or gold chain, however customers also have the ability to wear pendants on their own chains.

Please check your tracking number on USPS.com to see if it has been shipped. If necessary please contact us and make sure you quote your order number. Our customer service department will provide an update on shipment status.

At this time we are not accepting custom orders but we plan to expand our selections in the near future. The only colors available are listed on the website.

Hidden Bloom is committed to client satisfaction. All pendants may be returned within 5 days from the date when they were received. Customers will be fully refunded minus shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, necklaces must be in their original purchase condition and you must contact us in order to obtain return authorization. We do not currently offer Exchanges. If the error is ours or the jewelry is faulty we will refund the item
